ANYWAY: Cast Vessel
The ANYWAY series is a body of work that showcases designs that can be interacted with by the user.
‘Cast Vessel’ is a multi-functional object that can be reconfigured using 10 stackable geometric parts. Each part is made from cast acrylic resin, pigmented in various shades of terracotta and mixed with recycled machining dust from other processes in the workshop to create a unique patina to each part.
Each ‘part’ measures 50mm tall when stacked, connected together using cork ‘plugs’. These enable the parts to be stacked in multiple positions or combined in different quantities to form different heights. The vessels are available in either pre-set configurations (listed below) in small (3 parts), medium (4 parts) or large (6 parts) or each part can be purchased individually.
